My work is an exciting journey of observation and discovery. From architecture to flocked wallpaper, old Cecil Beaton books to vintage ornaments, I’m constantly inspired by the old and the new. Although my creative process has evolved over the years, I’ve always worked very visually. Starting with sketching ideas and creating mood boards, my research has developed onto the treatment of materials and constructions of silhouettes. I love experimenting with techniques and embroidery, constantly challenging myself and pushing the boundaries to what can be done. For me, it’s about creating pieces that resonate with my customers on a personal level - designing timeless outerwear with ethereal details and contemporary edge.
