Expect an eclectic mix of old crafts and modern ideas. Launched in August 2012, the range includes couture, ready-to-wear and accessories. The brand is deeply committed to forging partnerships with artisans that promote self-sufficiency and hopes that the future generations of these communities keep the spark alive.

Five years into the brand, Misha has come up with a more affordable line, Miraka by ML, where the price ranges from Rs4500 upto Rs18,000.

Miraka by Misha Lakhani is for the global nomad with a passion for the unusual who knows that geography is no boundary to style. Each piece is created in an ethical and sustainable way, empowering artisans across Pakistan and contributing to the textile and craft ecosystem of the country.

“Miraka was born out of the desire to provide steady opportunities to skilled artisan communities and to take heirloom traditions from the heart of Pakistani villages to the rest of the world.” – Misha

Below is a short Q&A with Misha:

Q) What made you decide to have a new line, Miraka?

A)I wanted to expand on handmade luxury, but make it available to a wider audience. I appreciate fewer better things and retail with a difference– something that has some soul and gives back to the hands that helped make it.
