How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your return request is approved
• If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable?

You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

• They must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with all tags.
• Please note that unfortunatley we cannot offer return & exchange for made to order & customised items.  

Are there any charges for return?

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Unless the item is incorrect or damaged, cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund (£4.60 ex. VAT) unless we advise otherwise

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your returned item in its original condition
• A store credit voucher will be processed and emailed to you.
