How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase on Studio by TCS is easy. Use the main menu bar to navigate through the site. You can use the Fashion and Designer links to go straight to the relevant pages. Once you have found an item, select the size and click “Add To Cart”. Review the items in your cart by clicking the “Cart” link at the top right-hand of the page. You can remove items from your cart or adjust the quantity of each item. Click on “Checkout” to complete your order.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at Studio by TCS without creating an account.
However, if you register with us, you will enjoy the following benefits:
- Track your order and review your account history
- Save your details so that you can shop quicker next time
- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
- Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List
To set up an account, simply click “Register” to enter your details.
What if I forget my account password?
To re-set your password, click on “Forgot Your Password?” at Login and follow the instructions.
Which size should I choose?
All products are sold according to the sizing scheme used by the designer. As sizes vary between designers, we have provided each designer’s size chart. Please look at the measurements listed in the size charts to decide which size category you fall into. If you have specific questions about sizes, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
We have made every effort to display the colours of the products as accurately as possible. However, there might be some difference between the actual colour and what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate as computer monitors and screen of electronic devices vary.
How will I know you have received my order?
You will be sent an email confirming that your order has been received. That information may be viewed under “My Orders” on your account dashboard. In the event that an item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit or debit card for the value of the items in stock or for which you have placed an order.
What do I do if the item I want is out of stock?
Sometimes items may run out of stock or become discontinued. Our website is constantly updated so please keep checking for latest, updated content.
Is my personal information kept private?
What payment methods does Studio by TCS accept and is it safe to use my card online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system and your details will be securely transmitted from end-to-end via SSL encryption.
How can I choose the currency I pay in?
The website will detect your location and display the currency accordingly.
Which countries does Studio by TCS ship to?
Studio by TCS can ship anywhere in the world.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time for each product is indicated on the product page. The delivery time depends on whether the product is from the designer’s pret/ready-to-wear range or is made-to-order.
Orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We work to minimize the potential impact of such customs delays.
Studio by TCS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the designer or delays that may occur during transit.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination of the order. These charges will be added at checkout.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.
For Pakistani customers, product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For customers in other countries, product prices displayed are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient, you a liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Does Studio by TCS ship to multiple addresses?
We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
Can you ship to an address other than the billing address?
When placing your order, you will be asked to enter your complete address in the “Customer Information” section. In the “Payment Method” section, you will be asked whether your billing address is the same as your shipping address or whether you would like to use a different billing address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. Once in receipt of this tracking number, you can check the status of your order. If you have registered with Studio by TCS, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting “My Account” followed by “View Your Order”.
Can I return an item I have purchased?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep the items you have purchased. Please note that custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Your refund will be issued to the original credit or debit card used to place the order. Shipping costs and taxes/duties (if any) are not refunded unless your items were damaged when received. Please note that it can take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Do you offer discounts to Studio by TCS customers?
From time to time, we run promotions on our website. You will get to know about them on our home page.
Do you offer free shipping?
From time to time, Studio by TCS runs free shipping promotions. These will be applied to your order at checkout.
