Important Notice About Refunds and Chargebacks
Shopping with us should feel exciting, easy and worry-free — and we’re always here to help if something isn’t quite right.
If you’re thinking about a refund, please reach out to our Customer Care team first, before starting a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We genuinely want the chance to fix things for you directly.
Filing a chargeback automatically triggers a formal investigation, which can slow everything down - sometimes by several weeks. In most cases, we can review your request and sort it out much faster (and with far less hassle!) if you speak to us first.
Chargebacks should be a last resort, not the first step.

Returns
We really hope you love the item you’ve purchased. If it’s not quite what you hoped for, that’s okay — you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.
Because we work with many amazing vendors and designers, each may have their own exchange and refund policy, which you’ll find listed on each product page.
Return Conditions
To return an item, you must meet all of the conditions below:

Items must be new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags attached.

Loose or broken tags will not be accepted for a refund.

Items must be in the original pouch and packaging provided.
-
Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and will be returned to you.

The original invoice will be emailed to you.

Without this invoice, we won’t be able to accept the item for return.

Made-to-order, customised and bespoke clothing, as well as accessories, do not qualify for returns or cancellations.

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non-refundable.
Restocking Fees

If you return an item for any reason other than it being defective, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded article price.

Store credit for returned items will be issued once the product(s) have been safely received at the above address.
UK & International Returns – Key Points
For UK and other eligible countries, once your return is approved via the returns portal:

You’ll receive an email confirmation with full shipping instructions.

You’ll be asked to send your parcel to the UK address provided in that email, using the original packaging where possible.

In many cases, a store credit voucher will be issued once your return is received and inspected, in line with the designer/vendor’s policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unless the item is incorrect or damaged, the cost of return shipping may be borne by you or deducted from your refund/store credit, as outlined in your return instructions.
How to Start a Return

Clearly write “Returns” in the subject line.
Once you hear back from us:

Dispatch the order in the original packaging with a printout of the invoice to the address specified in our email (UK or USA, depending on your location and instructions).

Email us the tracking details once dispatched.

The returned item must reach us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Any return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds

We will issue a refund or store credit (as applicable) for all successfully returned items within 7 business days of receiving them.

Your refund will be credited to the original credit or debit card, or a store credit voucher will be emailed to you, depending on the product and policy.

Shipping costs and taxes/duties (if any) will not be refunded unless your items were damaged or incorrect on arrival.

It may take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
